Cavat currently offers dance classes & exams in Modern, Ballet, Jazz & Tap. We also run street classes from age 4 & boys only street classes. Tiny Toes Ballet starts from 18 months. Students get the opportunity to perform in termly watch weeks, holiday workshops, end of term workshops & bi-annual shows at professional theatres. -
LCM / ABRSM
Cavat offers from age 4, musical theatre, group singing classes & private singing tuition. Exam opportunities for selected students are available with London College of Music & ABRSM. Students also get the opportunity to perform in termly watch weeks, holiday workshops, end of term workshops & bi-annual shows at professional theatres. -
LAMDA
Cavat offers Lamda speech and drama exam classes from age 7 & a more relaxed non-exam group drama classes from age 4. Students get the opportunity to perform in termly watch weeks, holiday workshops, end of term workshops. Lamda is a specialised exam class that runs for approximately 16 weeks of the school year. -
Acrobatic Arts
Acrobatic Arts is the newest discipline added to the Cavat timetable in Feb 2018 when we became a certified studio. Acrobatic Dance, or acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context. Progression cards are awarded when students achieve certain skills.
